Wheels and Tires

The grainy picture (sorry for the quality) below shows the stock wheels and tires.  I like the stock set a lot that is why I opted for the polished aluminum.  The stock package is 215/35-16's. 

I put on 225/50-17's.  The tires are Michelins' Pilot XGT Z4's.  Theses tires are great in dry as well as wet weather.  They are ranked among the best Z rated tires around.  As soon as I got them on there was an immediate change in handling.  The Cougar now handles like a car that is $15,000 more expensive.  I included a link to Michelin on my links page.

You've heard about the great tires now to hear about the great wheels.  I got Mille Miglia's 17 inch Spiders in chrome.  There is nothing better looking than a black car with chrome wheels.  The Miglia's also come in a regular finish with a clear-coat.  You can find the Miglia's at the Tirerack, I have put their link on my links page also.
